Toki Messe is a major convention complex in Niigata, combining large-scale exhibition space, conference rooms, public circulation areas, and direct access to Hotel Nikko Niigata within a single connected venue.
The facility includes a 7,800 m² pillar-free Exhibition Hall, the Main Hall / Snow Hall, the International Conference Room / Marine Hall, medium and small meeting rooms, and public spaces such as the Atrium and Esplanade. These spaces support plenary sessions, parallel sessions, workshops, exhibitions, receptions, and informal discussion areas.
Final QUEST 2026 room assignments, registration location, poster areas, and sponsor areas will be published once the conference floor plan is confirmed.

The Atrium and Esplanade form the main internal circulation route through Toki Messe. The Esplanade is an all-weather public walkway connecting the different facilities within the complex, while the Atrium provides a large public gathering space near the main entrance.

Toki Messe is located on Bandaijima in central Niigata, near the Shinano River waterfront.
From Niigata Station, the venue is approximately 5 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes by bus. Walking access from Niigata Station is also possible via the Bandai side of the city and the Ryuto Bridge area.
